The Highest Prayer

Updated: Apr 7, 2024

"There is nothing to practice. To know yourself, be yourself. To be yourself, stop imagining yourself to be this or that. Just be. Let your true nature emerge. Don't disturb your mind with seeking."

NISARGADATTA

The highest prayer, the deepest activity (and totally obvious, clear, and available, right here) is to be aware of your being.

The greatest love is to be,

yourself,

being.

And this is never not the case.

In being aware of being aware, all that appears in awareness (you) is known as yourself,
experiencing,
being,
yourself.
This is true love.
And is never not the case.
Its always this.

"When you know beyond all doubting that the same life flows through all that is and you are that life, you will love all naturally and spontaneously. When you realize the depth and fullness of your love of yourself, you know that every living being and the entire universe are included in your affection"
