“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

Ethical Commitment

Amy is a member of the Association for Spiritual Integrity and adheres to the Honor Code for Spiritual Leaders. This represents her ongoing and ever-deepening commitment to a strong ethical practice as a Nondual Therapist, Mentor, and Facilitator of Experiential Enquiry, as well as sole Director and steward of The Green Light to Live Ltd. and in shared partnership of Reclaiming Wholeness Training Ltd.

Statement of Transparency

From the position of the conventional way of thinking about life and truth – this view is radical in nature. From the perspective of the view of the nondual itself (which is not a view or a perspective of mind) it is simple, ordinary, self-evident, and obvious. It is radical freedom and radical love as the fundamental nature of life. It is not a philosophy, ideal, or theory on life and the way it is. It arises out of direct experiencing and is expressed as life’s freedom to share and celebrate itself. My work and offering encompass an exploration and celebration of this seeing.  It is not expressed to convince, change minds, or ‘alter’ experience. Rather, it is to provide a space that points to the fact of experiencing and its nature in a way that simultaneously celebrates life’s nature as a direct, intimate, eternal and overflowing contact with itself – and supports those who feel inspired to do so to explore reality in a way that supports recognition of fundamental freedom and associated release within human psychological, social, and emotional suffering.

Feedback & Evaluation

Amy invites regular written and verbal feedback and reflection from those whom use her service both formally, via written form, and informally, as ongoing client dialogue. She is also open to anyone using the Nondual Psychology website to get in touch with any feedback or reflections they wish to share.

Client feedback is shared and discussed during regular supervision sessions. All feedback and reflection informs the service and nondual therapy and mentorship space that Amy serves, stewards, and facilitates through.
