This monthly online gathering offers a spacious and welcoming environment for exploring nondual recognition through direct experience. The meetings are open to anyone interested in recognising the inherent unity of experience - whether you are encountering nonduality for the first time or have been exploring this perspective for many years.
About the Gathering
These sessions are facilitated by Nic Higham and Amy Ward. Attendees are invited to slow down, settle, and gently notice what is already present. Rather than striving for altered states or self-improvement, the emphasis is on recognition: seeing what is always here beneath habitual interpretation.
Each meeting we explore nonduality through:
-
experiential pointing
-
guided meditations
-
embodied inquiry
-
open dialogue and questions
The tone is relaxed, inclusive, and grounded, with no expectation to believe, achieve, or perform in any way.

Orientation
This expression resonates with what is often described as the outward-facing or inclusive nondual path, sometimes associated with Tantric traditions. The emphasis is on radical inclusion - the understanding that every experience, without exception, is an expression of a single, undivided reality.
Rather than separating experience into what is acceptable or unacceptable, pure or impure, we explore how all phenomena arise within the same seamless field. Nothing needs to be pushed away, transcended, or corrected in order for wholeness to be recognised.
While this approach is inspired by nondual traditions such as Kashmir Shaivism, the language used here is contemporary, experiential, and non-religious. The focus remains firmly on lived experience - the immediate field in which thoughts, sensations, emotions, and perceptions appear.
From this perspective:
-
there is no true division between perceiver and perceived
-
the sense of being a separate “me” is understood as a habitual pattern of interpretation
-
experience is recognised as a single, continuous movement of life knowing itself
The world is not viewed as an illusion to escape, but as the living expression of unity appearing in countless forms. Every moment, whatever its content, is treated as a valid doorway into recognition.
What Happens in Each Session
First Hour
Reclaiming Wholeness trainers Nic Higham and Amy Ward offer short talks, guided experiential inquiries, and shared explorations. These are practical invitations to meet experience directly, just as it is, without analysis or fixing.
Second Hour
The space opens for group participation. You are welcome to share observations, ask questions, or simply listen. Engagement is always optional, and the atmosphere is respectful and supportive.
Who This Is For?
This group is well suited to anyone interested in nonduality beyond intellectual understanding - particularly those curious about how nondual insight can be lived, embodied, and integrated.
It can also serve as an introduction for those considering the Reclaiming Wholeness Nondual Therapy Training, offering a sense of the teaching style and experiential emphasis. If you are considering working with Amy or Nic on a one-to-one basis for Nondual Therapy and/or inquiry and mentorship, then this is also an opportunity to meet them in person.
Joining the Group
Attendance is free. Donations are appreciated but never required.
To receive Zoom access details and updates (including any schedule changes or cancellations), you can sign up for notifications in advance of each meeting by signing up to the Reclaiming Wholeness Training Newsletter here
